The Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector has emerged as a highly vibrant and dynamic sector of the Indian economy over the last five decades. These MSMEs contribute 35% to GDP and employ 25% of non-farming workforce. MSMEs are complementary to large industries as ancillary units and this sector contributes significantly in the inclusive industrial development of the country. Our Approach:

We suggest you start with Diagnostic Study. This is similar to full body scan during annual health check-up followed by advice by the Consulting Physician. The difference here being: we do full 360 degree company scan, in the sense, we scan all the assets of the Organization viz. People, Processes and Systems/Tools. This is carried out by intensive and extensive interview sessions starting from CEO down the line to the lowest level. These interviews are conducted by our Experts. We cover all business functions. At the end of the exercise, we present the Report highlighting the SWOT, changes needed to Org. Structure, Process gaps if any, guidance on IT Systems & Infrastructure, Training needs (and more) to meet the short term and long terms goals of your esteemed Organization. In simple terms, way forward or road map is made available.

This type of consulting assignment typically goes for 6-8 weeks. This helps the CEO know where the Organization stands in the face of Vision, Mission, Goals and what sort of course correction needs to be done in an optimal way.

While presenting findings of the Diagnostic Report, our attempt is to protect existing investments as much as possible. Many organizations have annual health check-up policy for employees. In a similar way, we recommend Diagnostic Study every 4-5 years to ensure sound health of the Organization.
